The Tecnosys Help Desk is the first point of contact for all IT related issues. With the ability to connect to your computer, this free service offers fast answers, support and guidance. Our team of Certified Apple Technicians are available for both mac and network support.

 

Onsite Support

Tecnosys provides support either directly or through many of the Apple re-sellers. Billing only for results, our team of certified Apple technicians have the skills and experience to both fix issues and prevent them from occurring again. The services we cover include the following:

  • Wireless internet setups and troubleshooting
  • Data retrieval
  • Printer, networking and office support
  • Xserve, Xraid and third party software support
  • Same day service
  • Support for Mac, PC and third party repairs
  • On-site hardware repairs

5 Things every support company (or technician) should provide:

  1. Apple Certification - Apple provides Certification for all support needs. Ask your technician to show his certfication before starting a job
  2. Fixed Price - Technicians must provided a fixed agreed price before starting any work
  3. Necessary parts and equipment - On-site support technicians should carry all the necessary equipment to complete a job.
  4. Resolution - It is your technician’s responsibility to ensure a resolution. If the technician is unable to fix the problem, a suitable alternative must be provided.
  5. Guarantee - Your technician must stand by the work completed. 12 Months free follow up support provided.
